VLC - The Best Video Cutting / Trimming Tool

For a long time, I was looking for a video trimming tool. I wanted something that would as simple as it can be. I require to trim only the beginning and end part, don't need to merge different videos. I prefer a tool that does not require rendering after trimming. I had used  Filmora 9 ,  Shotcut  - they both are amazing tools, but for my need both are overkill. The end result (exported video) with those tools is not exactly the same as the original video.
