VLC - The Best Video Cutting / Trimming Tool

For a long time, I was looking for a video trimming tool. I wanted something that would as simple as it can be. I require to trim only the beginning and end part, don't need to merge different videos. I prefer a tool that does not require rendering after trimming. I had used  Filmora 9 ,  Shotcut  - they both are amazing tools, but for my need both are overkill. The end result (exported video) with those tools is not exactly the same as the original video. They both have several settings for the export video quality. I wanted it to be exact same quality of the original, no change what so ever. I don't understand why achieving this so difficult, why these software don't have it. And so many times the trimmed videos are of much larger size than the original if I want to keep the quality same. Then I remembered that VLC can do so many things, besides just playing videos. It can screen capture, it can trim. And decided to give it a try. And yes,  VLC  comes to b
